Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. We only ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or any international destinations.

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays), depending on your location.Total Delivery Time: 4–10 business days (Processing Time + Shipping Time).
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) CST on business days will be processed the same day; orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Notifications: If there is any delay in processing or shipping, we will notify you via email within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping Fees: Free standard shipping is provided for all orders.
Taxes: All product prices are tax-exclusive. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping location, in accordance with U.S. state and local tax laws.
Carrier & Responsibility: All orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partner, FedEx. While we work closely with FedEx to ensure timely delivery, we take full responsibility for all orders until they are successfully delivered to you. In the event of any shipping issues, including delays, lost, or damaged packages, please contact us immediately, and we will work directly with FedEx to resolve the issue on your behalf and ensure you receive your order as promised.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status at any time by entering the tracking number directly on the official FedEx website: www.fedex.com.
